Welcome to The Virtual NP. By accessing or using our website (www.thevirtual-np.com) and telehealth services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a consultation, submitting information, or communicating with a provider.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

The Virtual NP offers non-emergency telehealth services provided by licensed Nurse Practitioners and, when appropriate, collaborating physicians or online healthcare providers. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultations;

• Use our services for non-emergency care only;

• Refrain from impersonating others or misrepresenting information.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access if these terms are violated.

2. Scope of Care

The Virtual NP provides healthcare services that are within the legal scope of practice for Nurse Practitioners. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Medical weight loss consultations

• Prescription management (when appropriate)

• Men’s health and women’s wellness services

• Non-urgent primary care and virtual follow-ups

When clinically appropriate, we may coordinate your care with telehealth physicians, online medical providers, or in-person specialists.

3. Eligibility and Patient Responsibility

To access our services, users must:

• Be 18 years or older or of legal consenting age in their state;

• Be located in a U.S. state where we are licensed;

• Be legally capable of accepting these terms.

Users are responsible for keeping account details confidential and for all activity under their account.

4. Payments and Refunds

All services are self-pay only. We do not accept or bill private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. By using our services: You agree to pay in full for any booked appointment or service. Payment is due at the time of booking and processed through a secure platform.

• Refunds are not provided unless required by law, mandated by a regulatory authority or payment processor, or if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our PROVIDER does not overbook appointments. A specific time is allocated exclusively for your appointment. Your clinician and other patients are directly affected if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or show up late. All appointments must be canceled 24 hours (not including weekends) prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment charge. The charges are as follows:

• $55.00 for any urgent care or primary care visits.

• $75.00 for any weight loss or men's health appointments.

6. Telehealth Consent Acknowledgement

By using our platform, you agree to our Telehealth Services Consent Form, which outlines your rights and responsibilities during virtual care, including the scope, risks, and limitations of telehealth.

7. Patient Duty to Disclose

You are responsible for providing complete and truthful medical information. Our licensed practitioners, including Nurse Practitioners and physicians, rely on your disclosures to provide safe and accurate care.

We are not liable for outcomes caused by missing, misleading, or inaccurate details you provide. By proceeding, you agree to be transparent regarding symptoms, medications, allergies, and medical history.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, videos, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of The Virtual NP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

You may view or print material for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Medical Liability
